Spinning Class

Class Description: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens your heart and several muscle groups in your legs, backside, and core.
Spinning can boost metabolism and increases your brain’s ability to release happiness hormones.

Class Description: This hour-long class emphasizes range of motion about the joint and helps to improve balance and flexibility. Mindful breathing helps participants release stress and feel energized. We work on posture and pay special attention to stretching the neck, back and shoulders.
Cardio & Weights

Class Description: Participants use small, medium, heavy weights and resistance bands through a series of multi-functional movement to help increase muscle and bone density. Squats, lunges, and plyometric movements improve balance, flexibility, and ankle stabilization. Easy to follow active recovery dancing is included throughout the workout.
