Join Ange from Red Brick Yoga live and in-person for a 6-week Gentle Mindful Movement series right here at GAWC. RBY signature Gentle Yoga class is great for beginners and seasoned yogis! Ange will focus on basic yoga poses, healthy spine alignment, balance, mobility, flexibility, and mindful breath awareness. SilverSneakers Yoga (Chair Yoga)
This hour-long class emphasizes range of motion about the joint and helps to improve balance and flexibility. Mindful breathing helps participants release stress and feel energized. We work on posture and pay special attention to stretching the neck, back and shoulders.
