 Gentle Mindful Movement Yoga Series

Join Ange from Red Brick Yoga live and in-person for a 6-week Gentle Mindful Movement series right here at GAWC. RBY signature Gentle Yoga class is great for beginners and seasoned yogis! Ange will focus on basic yoga poses, healthy spine alignment, balance, mobility, flexibility, and mindful breath awareness. If you have been wanting to begin a yoga practice and reap the many health benefits that yoga has to offer... now is the time!

SilverSneakers Yoga (Chair Yoga)

Beginner

​

This hour-long class emphasizes range of motion about the joint and helps to improve balance and flexibility. Mindful breathing helps participants release stress and feel energized. We work on posture and pay special attention to stretching the neck, back and shoulders.

TRX

Beginner-Moderate

 

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX bands suspended from the ceiling allows for assistance and resistance for effective workouts that strengthen the entire body. TRX is an excellent way to improve balance, increase self confidence and enjoy being with others.

Zumba Gold

Beginner-Moderate

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Oldies and Classic Rock music.

Longevity Weight Training

All Levels
 

Strong bodies are linked to strong minds. Strength training builds confidence, muscle, and healthy tissue. All levels. Modifications will be individually created.
