SilverSneakers Yoga (Chair Yoga)

This hour-long class emphasizes range of motion about the joint and helps to improve balance and flexibility. Mindful breathing helps participants release stress and feel energized. We work on posture and pay special attention to stretching the neck, back and shoulders.
Longevity

Beginner-Moderate
This 30-minute class combines cardiovascular movement and weights all while listening to your favorite songs for the day. Exercises are performed both seated and standing. The movements are based on the four movements of Longevity: push, pull, squat and hinge.
Spinning

Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens your heart and several muscle groups in your legs, backside, and core. Spinning can boost metabolism and increases your brain’s ability to release happiness hormones.

This class incorporates athletic exercises that boost overall fitness. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity- specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.
TRX

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX bands suspended from the ceiling allows for assistance and resistance for effective workouts that strengthen the entire body. TRX is an excellent way to improve balance, increase self confidence and enjoy being with others.
