Personal Training is beneficial for those who may need motivation and accountability to be consistent with exercising. Trainers provide clarity and teach proper form and technique. Adaptations and modifications can be made for special circumstances like pre-op and post-op conditioning. Personal trainers focus on the individual experience promoting confidence and self-efficacy.
